Oprah wins it for Obama

No single event changed the US 2008 presidential race as much as Oprah's endorsement of Sen. Barrack Obama. It created such a huge tide in Sen. Barrack Obama's favor that one should almost question whether a voice so familiar to people should be allowed to change their opinions. But I guess the same can be said about Bill Clinton. But Oprah is undoubtedly the most powerful person on TV right now.

one can see why stock options are great for an employer but there seem to be no reason why a person working in a company would prefer stock options to cash for diversification and attachment etc reasons except if the company is very small and there is some serious ownership opportunity being passed over.
